Upland is a small Grant County community best known as the home of Taylor University, and it is well inside our Indiana service area.
Smaller towns get the short end of the IT market: national providers will not send anyone, and the local option is often one person with a truck. We are structured to cover both, with monitoring and a help desk behind us and an engineer who can actually show up.
Churches, small offices, and family businesses make up most of our Upland work. That usually means solid WiFi coverage across an older building, a backup that is tested rather than assumed, and access control that does not require handing out another twenty keys.
Remote support covers most of what goes wrong, and we lean on it heavily, because it is faster for everyone. But some problems need a person in the building: a switch that will not come back up, a camera run that has to be pulled through an existing wall, a new office that needs to be live on Monday. Being part of the east-central Indiana market means that visit gets scheduled in days, not weeks.
It also means we answer for the work. If we recommend something and it does not hold up, you know where to find us.
