Sharp Blade Solutions is based in Muncie, so this is the shortest drive we make. Offices on the north side, downtown, and out toward the bypass all sit inside our same-day on-site window.
Muncie runs on a mix of professional offices, healthcare practices, light manufacturing, and the businesses that grow up around Ball State University. That mix means no two networks here look alike: a dental practice with imaging software and HIPAA obligations needs something very different from a shop floor that just needs the WiFi to reach the back of the building.
We handle both. Because we are local, we are not routing your ticket to a call center three time zones away, and when something needs hands on it, an engineer is on the road rather than scheduling you for next week.
Remote support covers most of what goes wrong, and we lean on it heavily, because it is faster for everyone.
