Karns is a west Knox County community that falls on the same service route we already run through Knoxville and Farragut.
Most of what we do in Karns is for small businesses and community organizations: getting WiFi to cover the whole building instead of the front half, replacing equipment that is past end-of-life before it fails, and making sure a ransomware attempt does not take the business with it.
None of that requires enterprise budgets. It requires someone to plan it properly once and then keep an eye on it.
Remote support covers most of what goes wrong, and we lean on it heavily, because it is faster for everyone. But some problems need a person in the building: a switch that will not come back up, a camera run that has to be pulled through an existing wall, a new office that needs to be live on Monday. Being part of the greater Knoxville market means that visit gets scheduled in days, not weeks.
