Reaching the whole congregation with dependable live streaming.
The church wanted to livestream Sunday services for homebound and traveling members, but their existing network dropped the stream mid-service and couldn't handle the AV booth and office traffic at the same time.
One flat network carried everything: office computers, guest WiFi, and the streaming encoder. When the congregation filled the pews and phones jumped on WiFi, the livestream's bandwidth vanished and the feed froze.
We built a dedicated, prioritized network path for the AV booth so streaming bandwidth is protected no matter how busy the guest WiFi gets. We added coverage in the sanctuary and fellowship hall and documented a simple start-the-stream routine any volunteer can follow.
“Our homebound members feel part of the service again. The stream just works now, and a different volunteer can run it every week.”
